Fixly (part of OLX Group) is one of the largest service marketplaces in Poland. The platform connects customers directly with high-quality service providers, from construction workers to language tutors. We operated as the only engineering team at Fixly and were the key force driving an MVP toward product-market fit and further growth. Our team has been part of Fixly from the very beginning, over 6 years now. We do the UX, product development, software, and infrastructure and generally make this product work.

responsibilities

• Write code
• Develop new features in API for web and mobile clients
• Integrate with 3rd party services (payments, accounting, notification services, etc)
• Refactor and optimize existing architecture with a focus on stability and performance
• Write tests
• Take ownership of the system components
• Work alongside a competent devteam, and participate in the product process
• Test out new approaches and technologies, and implement them in production
