must have
- Strong background in editorial work, with a proven track record in managing editorial teams
- Previous experience setting and managing content cycles, content schedules/plan, and team KPIs
- Experience in setting and managing deadlines, balancing stakeholder needs with team capabilities
- Experience in establishing and maintaining high standards for fact-checking and legal compliance in media content retrieval
- Leadership abilities for inspiring and guiding writers to produce high-quality travel content
- Comfortable with autonomy and initiating projects
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple assignments
- Easy-going, progressive, and result-oriented personality
- English level: Upper-Intermediate

- Experience in implementing strategies to enhance productivity and content quality
responsibilities
- Leading and supervising a team of writers and overseeing content creation for Rove.me
- Developing and implementing efficient processes for new content creation, updates, and refactoring of existing material
- Developing and refining content strategy in collaboration with stakeholders
- Setting and managing content cycle, content schedules/plan, and team KPIs
- Structuring and optimization of content managers' workflow and processes
- Monitoring and reporting on key quantitative metrics, identifying areas for improvement
